I'm very lucky, or blessed as this king is the best one I'd ever had!

Recently changed it's nick name from big red to old faithful, man I love this bike!

You probably already know that the 103 is basically just a bored out 96", but my 2008 96" has been very problem-free.

My 07 RKC went from 96 to 103 in 08, and total miles is 63,000, so I would guess I've got around 61,000 on a SE 103 build. The only problems that I have had was the starter was a hair shy for the 10.5:1 compression so i went with a High Performance 1.4KW Starter, and last year my transmission crapped out on me, but other than that no engine problems.

The 2013 103 and the 2014 103 are identical engines. Only thing, the Cam and air cleaner were changed. That's the only real differences between a 103 and 103HO.

And Yes, a new compensator revision was made but that's not really "engine".

Will be trading it off for a 2018 M8 in about a year or so.
False. Traded three weeks later. So very glad I did too.
