Default Disassembling air deflectors

Hi,
next week I`ll get my inner fairing of my Ultra 09 painted in Dark Blue Pearl.
I want to get the brackets of the air deflectors painted, too. The deflectors should stay smoked grey.
Does anybody know, how to separate the deflectors from the brackets?
Thanks in advance
