Chopped Tour Pak backrest question

Does anyone know what is the cheapest option for a the backrest to the Fairing Factory Chopped tour pak? Looks like they run ~ 140-150 on Ebay. Mutazu has one for $78 - half price? Do you guys know if they are any good? Will it fit?
