The info isn't there, if it ever was. The image you posted has been re-sized, and a lot (most?) graphics programs don't retain the imbedded information. One of my programs gives you the option to keep that info or not.

Just the plate in a parking lot doesn't tell you how many bikes are in the garage, or what kind of tools are there. A lot of posters here have pictures of those, too, a lot more information for someone looking for it. Has that information ever been used for theft? I don't know, haven't heard of it used that way. Might be a way for scammers to use that kind of info. Fraud is the biggest industry in the country; some folks may think, why make it easy for them?

Obviously you don't think like a criminal. If you get some ones plate number off a bike that you want, you can find out where that bike is kept. Watch the property for the times when nobody is around and figure out how to get the bike you wanted, out of there. It happened to my friend years ago. I don't know if it was due to them having the plate number, or someone just noticing the bike one day. One day he came home from work, pulled into his driveway to see his garage door which was locked, open and his '69 E-Glide gone. He had just had the top end redone and said it was running the best it ever had. The bike was never found or seen again by him. I can understand trying to keep some part of your stuff secret, but some people make you laugh when they try to hide the plate of a '87 Chevy with mismatched fenders and 200k miles on it.,,

If the pic hadn't been posted, and you hadn't tossed that challenge out...

I would not have looked for that information. Therefore, I did indeed get that info from the pic you posted. Even if it was 'by-proxy'!

(Nobody EVER believes me!)

And remember, there are a few people that live in my house, all of them are very proficient with firearms, which there are also a few of.
