Default Kury

This is the Kuryakyn light bar on my 2003 RK. I did have to solder some wires together but all in all it was simple.

I used a Street Glide bar on my 08 FLHRC. You just need to get one that is designed to work with tail light above it as the later Street Glides don't have tail lights. Also you may want to take the bulbs out of the downlight if you're not going to take your plate off the hoop.
Btw you can access the bolts through the tail light hole after you remove it. No need to pull the tire off. I use a half in ratchet wrench with a hinged head and it works like a charm.

Expensive mistake, but I did recoup some of my money and sold the light bar in the for sale section on here. Love the look of that light bar, but it simply won't fit on a RK. Sucks that the MoCo designed it that way, but at some point I may get the Kuryakyn one.
On my 12 RKC I installed a 09 Street Glide rear light bar. I bought it here on the forum classifieds and it fit perfect. Everything lined up good. You just plug it into the circuit board.
