Read your owners manual and learn how to use it? Have you replaced the fob battery recently, just in case it has gone flat? I had to replace mine a couple of weeks ago.......

Almost sounds like a FOB issue to me, maybe battery?

I was thinking the fab battery was weak, but then why would it b able to shut alarm off once pushed + wife said the same thing so i will go the long way about it now
Might as well invest in a fab battery anyways while i can

Are you saying that you have a button to push on the FOB? Shouldn't be a button on a 2007 FOB, it's a proximity FOB. Just has to be close to the bike.

Is this the security system you have? http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...12-6820007a--1

Yes that's what i have or consider a fob

my thoughts were i set alarm and didn't realize it ..... @ first as long as that fob was in my pocket i turned ignition waited for Yellow key to disappear then hit start... now no matter what alarm rings off as i turn ignition

You can't set the alarm. It's automatic. As the others have said, buy a new battery. Its a CR2032.
