Default hand grip heaters quit

hey guys, i know its the time of year when you don't need them but my hand grip heaters quit working on my 2013 Limited. i checked fuses and i don't seem to have any out. Factory install or by the dealer, they were on in the showroom. any ideas what might be the problem. Switch? I'll mention it to the dealer when i take it next time for service as its still under warranty but thought if it might be something simple i might be able to remedy it.

It's always worth switching a fuse, that looks OK, with a new one.

not exactly sure which fuse controls it. none specific listed on the box, thought it might be the accessory fuse. it has been squirrely in the past. during the winter, if i turned off when shutting off the bike, when i road again and turned the grips on, they wouldn't work. if i left them on, once working, they would come back on and heat up after starting the bike up and riding. i'd usually leave them on 2 or three when i ride. thats kind of why i thought it might be the switch.

Default Common Problem

Heated Grip Failure on Harleys is a common problem. My friends 08 CVO is on his 4th pair. He still has warranty so he really does not care. Sometimes it the left or control one and sometimes its the right. They will not just change both so sooner or later the working side fails.

I installed a set of them on my RG. Didn't work. I sent them back to Harley on-line. I bought a set at the East Coast Harley. They didn't work either. Took them back. Installed a set of Heat Demons and they worked fine and still do.
I have read on several other forums as well as here that the Harley heated grips are a very poor product.

If it's under warranty, let them troubleshoot it.
