Default Biketronics finally back operating

After nearly a month of waiting I finally got in touch with Mike at Biketronics last night to try to troubleshoot my module installation. Needless to say, i was getting very frustrated in hearing...please call back next week, we should be up adn running by then. After finally talking to Mike for about 30 minutes, I can say that he is definatly a great person to deal with. He wlaked me through a couple troubleshooting efforts to try to get the module to work, but we finally decided the module is bad. He is mailing me a replacement today.
BTW..,for those that dont know, the biketronics module allows using a Sony CD stereo instead of a stock HD radio and still have handlebar control functions and the auto volume regulator.

Did you ever find out why they were not "up and running"? In other words, why were they closed?

They moved from So Cal to another state, much better, business wise. I had talked to Mike previously. Good person.

I had a Biketronics Smart Equalizer go bad on me. Called Mike at Biketronics and he informed me that all of their products had a lifetime warranty. He said the failure rate is so small they can afford to back up their products like that. Even though I didn't buy direct he sent me a brand new one no questions asked. Top notch in my book.
