I should have known I wasn't alone. Mine has slipped out to the front twice now (left side). I bought a couple of rubber inserts at the dealer and put one in with the tit to the rear instead of front as the service manual shows. So far, so good but if it comes out again I'll zip tie it. BTW, someone said to check the cross under clamps for tight. Did that, didn't help.
I'm having the same problem but on the right side. I replaced the mount and the clamp with new parts. I think maybe they were not aligned properly when they installed the exhaust. If that doesn't work I'll try the zip ties. I would think the zip ties would melt though.
A good point - I used relatively thick gauge uninsulated wire on my previous bikes, I forgot about that. Gonna change that out today!

I'm going to look around..........I'm thinking I saw metal (chrome plated) zip ties at the hardware store. I'm not sure if they are plastic and look like chrome or they are actually metal. I will post if I find one.

Just look for some heavy duty strap wire at the hardware store, I think thats what they call it.
I had a vibration issue. Service rep recommended tri-glide rubber mounts. Twice as long as regular. Fixed vibration but it may also fix this slip issue.
I took a penny and gently tapped it in-between the rubber bushing and the 3" chrome piece where the 2 1/2" bolts screw into the slip on (both sides). Talk about tight as hell, nothing moves any which way.
