Increased capacity means the oil cycles through the engine less frequently and the oil can remain in the pan for a longer period of time. Cast-in internal baffles manage the flow to the oil pickup, and keep the hot oil exposed to the heat-conducting ribbed aluminum sump. The oil pan comes with a set of new gaskets and the gasket sealant required by the instructions which are also included. This oil pan is like new only use for approximate 1000 miles...

The oil pan is just too wide to work with my electric center stand. To me my center stand is more important.
