Part number 29417-04. Fits Evolution 1340 and Twin Cam-equiped models with stock air cleaner (except '08 and later Dyna and FLSTSB) according to HD catalog.

The spots in the picture are dust and the mounting plate is under the cover with the screws holding it in place in the picture. Didn't want to lose anything.

Actually I ended up with a second one so do have one I'd sell. I just double-checked it and if I look over my bifocals and get a real close look I see some very small and light scratches, probably from cleaning. I don't think you'd see them unless you were more bent down looking for them if on the bike.
