Depends on how far you have them pushed forward. Where I have them now (rocked back a bit), my mirrors are useless. Pretty common with 10" apes.

ya I believe you will have to put the mirrors on the handlebars to make it so you can see behind you. Look nice. How bad is it teo take off the inner fairing and oput these on? Also do you have to buy all new cables witht he 10"?

Only had to extend my clutch cable 3-4" (don't remember which one), it was the Harley oem style clutch cable and only cost $30-ish.
