I use J&M Elite headsets with full face Shoei helmets. I like being able to converse at normal voice level when riding two up. My biggest surprise came one day when I was cruising at 70 mph and got a Bluetooth phone call from one of my coworkers. I asked if he could tell I was riding my motorcycle. He said no.

 

We use ours quite a bit. Helps hearing the radio at highway speeds, intercom is great. On trips my riding compadres use theirs also, we like to BS going down the road.
Some riders say they don't use them because it's not cool looking to use them. Whatever!
And yeah, the Bluetooth phone works great...

 

Use them all the time --- great for tunes and also the CB when we are group riding.
