Found out something interesting (to me) today
I was putting some electrical stuff on my new 2022 Tri-glide. I did not remove the 50a fuse (I know, stupid move). I wired in a dashcam and when I turned the bike on the two lower sidelights on the tour pack were slowly flashing on and off. Not fast, but at a medium pace. I unwired everything I put in, and they were still doing it. Called my dealer and spoke to my service guy, he asked all the techs, but no one knew the info.
So I just sat back and thought that the way the lights were flashing that the bike was trying to tell me something. My first stop was the fuse box. BINGO! Blown 20A fuse. Replaced it and she was all happy again.
So, if you didn't know this, now you do.

It would worry me about your dealer service dept. Either they don't like to respond to service questions over the phone or maybe they really didn't have a answer for your question which usually is a power connection or ground fault. Glad you found problem without having to take bike in.
