Default lug nuts

excuse me for silly questions. I saw a video that stated the r/rear wheel has left hand lug nuts. Is this correct ? I couldn't find it and don't have the supplement yet as I just got the bike. Got a great deal on a '15 freewheeler which just turned 7k. Few minor things I've fixed already but haven't even been on the road yet.

My '18 Tri-Glide has right hand thread on both rear wheels.

Its been decades since I have seen a left handed thread on any vehicle.

in the video he was putting on a lift kit when he said it. Yes, not since mopars years ago . Thanks for the reply. Lugs are tight and didn't want to snap them.

Be sure to torque those lug nuts to 95 to 105 ft lbs ! And then recheck after around 50 miles.
There have been a few lose the wheel after not torquing to specs !

It would only need a left hand thread if it were a single centre spinner as seen on a typical sports car with spoked wheels as seen in this example - MGB Wire Wheels (mginfo.co.uk)

Thanks for the replies. I went back to the video and it was removing the brake caliper when the author said "left hand tread " , I think he was referring to the bolt heads being on the backside not facing him that he was referring to , although they would still be right hand treads. still sounded like he was talking about lugs.
One more question coming as soon as I can get a good picture of the led/signal light setup.

Years ago I had a MG Midget with rostyle alloy wheels. When the nuts hit the wheel they tended to lock making it feel like you had done them up. I nearly lost a wheel. They needed a little lubricant to allow the dissimilar metals to slide over each other.

I like using the lowest recommend torque specification, just in case.
