Hello, I have always had a CB on all my earlier HD touring bikes. I sold all of them and purchased a
2014 flhtcutg trike cause of my knees (getting older) and was wondering can I put a CB on this bike? I know form the reads
that 2013 and older could have one but haven't seen anyone install one on a 2014 or newer one.

If so, can someone help with the correct part numbers I need? These are some of the parts I think I need:

76000390 KIT-CB RADIO,TOURING,ADVANCED AUDIO
76250-09 ANTENNA MAST C.B. ???????

 

I had a 14 tri that i had a cb on. my part #'s are different than yours. But this is what my bill of sale has.
switchpak 71500130a
cb radio kit 76000486
antenna mast 76386-09a
antenna set screw 76000166
Those are all the #'s i could find.

The CB part number you listed (76000390) is for the Harmon Kardon radio. 2013 was the last year for it. In 2014 H-D introduced the BoomBox radio which is what you have. The CB for that is p/n 76000486A. I recently tried to purchased one for my 2024 Tri-Glide and discovered that Harley has discontinued this part. My dealer was able to get one from another dealer. There are still several in the system at various dealers but they are no longer being manufactured so when these are gone there will be no more. You will need the antenna for which you had the correct p/n, 76250-09 and you'll need the right hand switch pack in order to get the PTT button. It is p/n 71500130C.

I have a 2015 TG. Found the correct (76000486A) CB module on eBay. Not many of them there, lots of the previous model (76000390), but the newer ones do pop up.

 

Wow you were most fortunate. I searched eBay and other sites for over a month and no luck. Good score.

 

I had them on all my TG’s..when I traded I removed it and installed on new bike or trike…just put it in my 2024

 

I wish I could have done that for this bike. Still looking for the parts.
