Default new cams

Just finished up my first cam upgrade, Went with Andrew 48h , Got a few short trips to just check for oil leaks. Knowing the 48H cams are not that radical of a cam, but I have noticed that now I have, not sure how to describe it, A louder air noise around the air cleaner then normal, sounds like air going into the throttle body? Thinking that might be from a different lift and duration from stock cams, For those of you have done cams, have you noticed the same thing?

You must have way better hearing than me.
I installed S&S 551 cams a few years ago and never noticed air going in. How could you pull in so much air that you can hear it? That's a new one I never heard before.

Is it possible to hear the intake valve open and sucking air through the TB, I can take the A/C and filter off and can hear it better,

It's the throttle blade/plate rattling. More pronounced after a cam upgrade and a open air cleaner.

The 48 cams have an overlap of 28*. What the OP is hearing is reversion which is not uncommon with cams with a lot of overlap.
