Does anyone have experience that the Rear Brakes of VRSC-A 2006 get stuck and don't get loose?

 

Wrong section here, you want the VRod section.

However, a stuck brake points to the master cylinder not releasing the pressure. Either plugged up with gunk (dirt, debris, never changed brake fluid) or it needs rebuilt.

 

check the brake lever for a swollen bushing. I had that happen on my Dyna. Brake would just get stuck randomly. I bled the brakes, double checked everything and it still kept happening. Then i check the pedal... boom... swollen bushing. I pulled it and honed the plastic bushing. Problem solved.

Not saying this is your issue but, disconnect the brake linkage and check the movement of the lever/pedal on the mount.

If not, methodically clean/ service you rear system, link already mentioned. Sounds harder than it actuall is.
