I got mine from Flash 2 Pass. Hooks into the headlight and flashing the high beams twice will activate the garage door. Easy to install. With very good customer service. Has the transmitter for the bike and a receiver for the wall.

 

I bought the HD garage door opener a couple of years ago. the hook up was relatively simple and it works by flashing your high beams once. there is a transmitter that hooks to the door opener and a transmitter that you mount, per instructions, in the bike. only problem I had is the lights do not always flash per instructions, so I went through the set up instructions numerous times until i tried it and it worked. a bit pricey at $120+ but it does work.

 

I just bought a mini garage door opener at Home Depot for about $20 that I keep on the same key ring as my FOB. Works great and still have some money in my pocket.
