It's the housing/holder for a bulb inside my sporty speedo.
Sorry, but I have no idea what year sporty (86 - 03? I bought the speedo to put on my dyna)
but the speedo is in kms.
Or, do you know who made evo sporty speedos?

Only trouble is, only one I've found is in europe and would cost as much as a used speedo. The search continues.
