Hello everyone, I noticed some good info on this forum and thought I would join. Just bought a 09 Road King in Sept. Still getting to know the bike. Had a 1978 1200 FX before, put about 70,000 miles on it, and sold it. Have not been on a bike for about 15 years. Just retired so I went out and bought myself a Road King. I planned doing some long distance riding, and since I am from Mich plan on going out west or south for the winter in the next few yrs. Getting some Rush Slip On Mufflers with the 2" baffle for Christmas, but other than that not planning on changing anything. Making plans to go to Sturgis in 2010. I am sure I will get some good info on this forum. On the road again.
