Hello....

I've ridden everything from Japan (except Suzuki) and have always believed that as long as it was on 2 wheels, and bigger than 50cc, it was a motorcycle regardless of who made it. Then I bought my Sportster in 2000 and got hooked on the Harley mystique. I sold it in 2004 when I had the chance to get one of my Honda dream bikes, a 1982 CB-900C fully dressed with the Hondaline trunk and saddlebags. I kept that for 4 years when I was then able to get another dream bike of mine, a 1999 Gold Wing SE in 2008. What turned me off to the Gold Wing was when I went to get tires/brakes put on it. 2 Dunlop tires and 3 sets of brake pads cost almost $2000, thanks to the labor to remove and replace all that bodywork. Last month I was able to trade in the Wing for another of my dream bikes, the Ultra. I just had new tires and brakes put on the Ultra for under $600!
Of course the biggest draw, besides the incredible good looks of the Electra Glide, is the Harley mystique. I forgot how much fun it is to ride a Harley. I love the looks, and compliments I get when I'm on my Ultra. I also love the feel of the engine running, something I was never able to experience on the Wing.
Okay...I kind of rambled on here but I just wanted to let everyone know why I came back to Harley. I'm back to stay!
Glad to have you back, it had to be a tough decision. What made you choose one over the other?
