Hello from me with 87 Softail and a 73 FLH pic
Hi All,
How are you all? a little about myself...I've been full circle with my bikes and family, I've owned four Harley's, two sporty's, 87 Softail and a 73 FLH that has been stripped down to the "bear necessities" and tricked up a little. My Grandfather rode a 1927 Harley Davidson and his brother an Indian Chief, here is a photo of Granddads bike with my Dad when he was a baby...I hope you enjoy looking our picture of Grandad on his bike...
My Harley has been parked for some time now and I have just pulled it out of storage and nearly cried when I saw it in the daylight ! so now I am pulling it down to restore it it to it's former glory and do some riding before I die...lol. but hey it was still faithful and fired up after I replaced the condensor and points..set the points with a piece of cardboard and the advance with a piece of paper and it fired third kick. Once I get into the rebuild I will post up some pictures for you all to see. I've said enough about me and my bike..on my way back to the tar!
