What's the speed rating? Tires are the most important safety item on the bike. Your life if they fail...

The load index states these tires are not to be used in a bike weighing more than 640lbs. No go on a bagger.

And you would install these on a Harley? Maybe a KTM, but not a Harley!

Click on sizes and specs, then click wrench button on 130/80/17, then click Harley. It will show you models it will fit.
It shows FLHR 2015, 2016. It doesn't show 13, but I guess it will work. H speed rating(130 mph), 694 lb. is load on one tire, not weight of whole bike.
Harley manual says to use Dunlop D408F 130/80B17 65H, because it has Harley emblem on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OEM Dunlop 639lb load:

I buy Shinko for all my bikes. Soft rubber, excellent grip.
Right now I have OEM Dunlop manufactured in 2015 with good tread but they have side wall cracks. 2-years old tires shouldn't have cracks.

Any reason to call them POS? Did you have one and it blew apart?
