2015 flhtk Gap in front axle is this normal and safe?
I just had new rubber put on my bike by the local dealership. I have put about 500 miles on my bike. Last night I thought the front end was a little squirlly so I inspected it today and notice there is about an eighth inch gap between the fork and the rim spacers. Also i checked the disk rotors and could wobble them slightly with my hand. Is this in spec for these bikes?

Safe? ... If the Pinch Bolt and Axle Nut are tight, then it's Safe
With that being said (and being a 2008-later application), I would have Pushed the slider over to the spacer before tightening the Pinch Bolt, But then checked that Right-side Rotor-to-Caliper alignment
Check the Alignment Now...is it perfectly centered? If it is, you can leave it (if that's easier for you) ... (Of course assuming the Pinch Bolt and Axle Nut are tight)
You can move those Floating Rotors slightly
.

So you got new rubber at the dealer ,,,,
Two things show up in you pic ,,
1. Fork slider was not pushed flush with spacer. (says this in manual,, after axle is torqued down,, then while pushing fork slider, torque down pinch bolt )…
2. You mention you can slightly wooble front rotor disk …. It may be an optical illusion,, but they don't seem torqued down properly … I don't know why they would have removed them, or if the rotor bolts were like that in the first place...
If you have a manual , you can, 1. check torque of disk rotor bolts , and, 2. undo pinch bolt ,, and push fork slider to spacer ,, and torque up pinch bolt …. Then see if that gets rid of your problem..... Or take bike back to dealer …..
