my front master cylinder seems wet

Default my front master cylinder seems wet

like the gasket is leaking brake seems a little soft anybody else had this problem its a 08 softail custom

Don't know about the problem, but wash that master cylinder down thoroughly before the fluid eats your paint.

Had to replace mine for the same reason.
The fluid did eat some of the paint around the top edges of the master cyl.

Default I have the same problem

I have the same problem. Was the repair covered by the warrenty? and will they cover the paint that is blistering on my master cylinder?

If the cover is on too tight it will leak a bit. Try loosening the screws a bit. Or now maybe get a new seal and put on but do not tighten too tight. How tight is too tight? If it leaks, it is too tight.
