Used a C clamp to squeeze the bushing together. They are very hard to push in with the sleeve in.

This is the end of the heated grip connector wire, to connect one side element to the other. This I will have to lengthen. I will cut, solder, heat shrink about 6 inches.

The switch wires will be pulled through some more after I install the switch housing. It looks like it will be close.

I could seperate the twist grip from the main bar harnss and run the wires with the switch wires and almost got them ran right. I cut the coating off the switch harness to try to get a little more room but the green connector got caught at the peak and I managed to only have about an inch to push the twist grip in and it stays where it should go.

First thing they say to do is cut 3/8 inch off the left grip side to accommodate for the HD heated grips

Right side done. is a good time to slid the hand grip on and test the twist. Mine was good.

Heated grip wireing. Had to remove the connector because I ran this in the old bar and out one of the wire loom holes
