A casualty of the cold rain…. My new PIAA bulb apparently got too hot for the stock glass? I really don’t know why else it would have broken like that.

Had a beautiful day the Friday that I was down there….stopped in almost every scenic turnout. Love those hills! The road was a blast to ride through too.

A really unique little dive bar that the state line crosses down the middle of….people come from the dry Arkansas side to buy beer there. There was the trippiest sorta hippie chick in there who was a bit of a pyromaniac. She was off to celebrate the first day of spring with a joint and burning a pile of brush. LOL

Got back to the motel room in time for the bike show to begin….cleaned up the bike and got it presentable. I dig that little motel. Nice little rooms with a fridge and microwave – cable television. Half a block from the only bar in town. Good times!

One of our crew went down on his brand new bike…..he was really lucky. No helmet and he landed in the rocks. Could have been really bad news if he had gone in head first.

That wooden bridge was a death trap waiting to happen…our lead almost went down on it and then these guys were straggling and actually went down.

The Talihina folks seemed to me to really make an effort to put on a nice poker run…. They served fresh home style hamburgers and had a couple kegs of beer included in your entry. One of our guys won the pot! $700 in his pocket!
