1948 panhead purchased on St.Patrick's day in 1980. Looked like the bike that Dennis Hopper rode in Easyrider at the time. 29 years and countless $$$ later it looks like this

Weld on hard tail on early model shovelhead frame.

Rear disc on reverse harley bananna clip.
