Great bike. It has not let me down and performs wonderfully, but I'm doing alot of cross country riding and would like a bigger bike. Unfortunately I can't afford another good bike without losing this one.
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
The only mods here is a K&N air filter. It might have been that my last filter was real dirty or the K&N is that awesome, but the difference is very noticeable. I also pulled the baffles from the mufflers. It now has a little more pep and a throaty deep rumble to it. It sounds great.
Suspension Modifications:
No suspension changes, but I shaved some of the foam out of the seat and placed a 3/4 inch gel insert in there. I shaped the foam so it would be less obvious looking. It looks good and can only be seen if you were told and looking for it. It feels better and I can go about 400 miles before it gets bothersome.
