I like the stock fxlrs light. Just not a big fan of the headlight craze I guess. I do like the one advanblack offers. Shiftface has it on his bike. Other than that I will stay.

When I ran mids I adjusted the stock adjuster to the last thread. It was definitely too high to unknowingly rest my foot on. The green brothers just makes the lever easier to adjust. I never saw the need for it.

Now with the forward floor boards I can still steer with my feet all the way back. I can always go back to mids as it is a pretty easy install. Don’t think I ever will.

Glad I went with the flat. I thank forum member toolmaker as that’s were I got the idea. It wasn’t so much for glare I just like the way it looks. My fxrt is gloss. No glare problems.

No need to cut, just turn it upside down. I run the BMF. With forwards my knee hits a little when braking. No big deal. Zero contact with the further forward stock mids.

I replaced the stock riser studs with grade eight bolts. Needed 3 1/2 inch length as I run 1 inch riser extension’s with drag specialties risers. Just pull 1 of the stock studs off and measure bolt to end of thread. Probably 2.5 inch length.
