yes the 130/90/16 is .8inch smaller that the 100/90/19 stock tyres so the fender gap. but the stock fender look bad on this with the fat tyres so i am going to change it any which ways

got the Tyre fitted and tested and it works perfectly no leaks. already rode for 500kms before writing this thread
