Remove two front motor mount bolts and install front TT bracket with supplied longer bolts from TT. Now would also be a good time to check condition of front motor mount and frame gap, if any. Be sure to torque new bolts to proper value. Connect stabilizer link, adj tension, tighten lock nuts. Double check everything, then take for a ride.

After mounting front TT bracket, set gap at 'stop' nut at 3/8."

Front TT install much easier than rear. Jacked up bike, and used a 2nd jack on motor to relieve tension on motor mount bolts. Remove two nuts at top, mount TT bracket, then tighten/torque lock nuts.

Here is a pic from the floor looking up at the rear TT unit installed. 2nd TT bracket attaches to rear motor mount with supplied longer bolts. Use adj nut in center of link to adjust 'tension' - not too tight/loose - then tighten lock nuts.

Stabilizer link mounted to TT rear motor mount brackets; I added washers to 'level' out the stabilizer.

Stabilizer link installed onto rear TT bracket; wire bundle is a tight fit but could not be moved anywhere else. Need to inspect periodically for any fraying/rubbing. Note rear brake line in front of pic.

Here is the rear TT bracket installed; notice swingarm pivot at top of pic and rear brake mc in foreground of pic.

This is one part of the rear TT stabilizer - though not very big, no way I could install without removing muffs first.

I installed the rear first as I read that was the hardest. Jacked up the bike and had to remove the muffs to gain access to the rear motor mount bolts. These two bolts need to be removed and re-installed in the opposite direction to mount the rear TT unit.

TT #20-30 Stabilzer Kit for late Dyna models: front, rear, bolts, instructions. Instructions are not the best, so I used alternate set found online.
