It was my understanding these go on the inside of the flywheels in between the rods and face of the flywheels. There is a slot there to accommodate them on the outside? So there's a total of 4 required to complete the flywheel assembly? Apolgise for stating what may seem obvious but I aleady had this thing back together once already and the flywheels were binding in this one spot with about 80% free rotation. Took apart again and destroyed the main bearing in the process..
