This is the original number's matching 1000 cc ironhead. What started out as a valve job, ended up being a complete rebuild. Mods include a 4 5/8" S&S stroker and Andrews cams. With the .020" overbore, it now displaces 75 ci's (1223 cc's).

Here is the porkster tank after a fresh coat of paint. I added the spine down the middle to give it a little character. Before, it looked king of blah. I think it's a big improvement.

Taken mid-build. So far, so good. That's my other pride and joy in the background, a '54 Chev club-coupe that I've had since I was 16. As soon as the XL is done, the 54 will take the front burner.
