Got it back on Sunday, finally got my friend to help with the manifold for a few minutes lol

Trying to get the old piece of cable out but it seems to be pretty stuck and at some point it appears my dad bolted it to the table to try and get it out so currently trying to get that loosened :/

Scraped the bottom of the oil tank (he still didn’t want to drain it) and it has a little bit of like black stuff on the bottom

So this one didn’t come off with the bolt part stuck to the nut only the nut came off. Now it will wiggle a little bit from the bottom (where the whole deal came out) but the top doesn’t move at all. Should it be able to just slide off the bolt or is the bolt part supposed to come out too?
