I'm looking at the 8" bars from road6customs, the stock buckhorns look to be about 6"...

how is the quality on your bars? did you get them off ebay?

thanks

You should be able to go up 2 inchs and make the cables work.

Asa I was thinking about those bars too. You should be OK with the stock cables I would think.

A few other guys on here said the quality of the Road 6 bars are pretty good. They made me a license plate side mount and they were great to deal with.

Looking forward to seeing those bars on the FXD.

I got my road 6 customs 8" bars in today, they do work with stock cables, brake line was tight and took some fanaggling, I will end up buying a longer one but it works for now...
