Default Andrews 21h cam

Question, I have the opportunity to buy an andrews 21h cam for a good price.
My bike is a 2009 dyna super glide. So far SE aircleaner, V&H short shots, SE compensator and power commander. My riding is mostly done in suburban roads and some highway. I am not running faster then 75mph and cruise most of the time around 60/65 mph. Once in a while I am riding with a passenger. I am looking for some low/mid range improvement. (I am not interested in the best dyno results but a good improvement in comparison with the stock cams) I have been reading mixed comments on this cam.
Anyone with a similar set-up on his bike and/or experience-comments,
worthwile?
Thx for the input.

Steve

I don't have experience with the 21h, but I am very happy with the 48h. Great over all performance. I would recommend the 48h over the 21h unless saving the dollars is whats important to you.

Thank you guys for the input.
To butterballs: worth looking into. I am still waiting on a mail I have send to Fuelmoto on their recommendation on which cam.
To Reindeer: How are the tw 555 running?

I haven't put a lot of miles on yet (just put them in last weekend) but I'm very happy. Probably not what you're looking for though. I'd say they have a little more power in the lower RPM's than stock, but they pull really hard through the upper RPM's, which is what I was after. I'd call them more to a mid-to-upper RPM cam than a low-to-mid RPM cam.

The 21H is a good cam for what you are describing. A 48H cam might be a better choice because the 21H was designed with the TC88 in mind, and the 48H was designed with the TC96 in mind. They are similar cams, but the 48 was optimized for the newer heads and valves.

Reindeer, I'm also interested in the 555 cams... So in your experience you say they are actually slightly better in the lower rpms than stock? I have heard some reports that they are "soft" at the lower rpm?

I want a mid - upper end cam, but at the same time I don't want to lose anything at the lower rpm either.

Ah - the holy grail. To be sure of that you will need a CI upgrade too.
