You can also mount them using Motion Pro clutch cable clamps. They're black and you can position them however you need to fit. They cost around $40 each. An Accutronix t-bar mount is around a $100.
As for the gauge cups and such, you can find them used on ebay/facebook or buy OEM from the dealer. I started collecting parts for a single (combo tach/speedo) mount and got an OEM mount for a sporty. I haven't moved forward with it yet because I haven't figured out a solution for the gaping hole it will leave in my dash.
