My wife has a 2009 Super Glide. I just picked up the round SE AC backing plate and filter.

The question is - will this work with the stock teardrop cover. My wife actually likes the look of that cover.

One thing you could do is just cut the circle out like a lot of us have done.

Looks cool and it's basically free. This is nice if she complains about hitting her knee on it.

Not as good protection from the rain, but you can get a rainsock for that.

It is one of the mods in the "Under $50" sticky at the top of the forum...worth reading.
