Default Brake / Run / Turn Signal Conversion Problem

I have a 2002 Sportster Hugger that I've deleted the rear tail light on and now am trying to convert the turn signals into brake, run, and turn.

Using the HD module 69462-06D I've got both rear lights to work as run, and brake, but when if I hit the lift turn signal switch the rear light will brighten and just stay solid while the turn signal runs. When I hit the switch again to turn it off the light turns off completely for about a second, and then comes back on as a running light. The right signal is doing the same exact thing. I can't figure out what I did wrong.

Attached is what my wiring looks like. Main harness, to module, to a ground that has been split three ways for each turn signal, and a a license plate light which I haven't installed yet. Any ideas on what's going on? Is splitting the ground three ways the problem? Or do you think it's the module?
