Default Help removing fuel tank from 95 FI Electra Glide

I am working on a 95 fuel injected bike and need to remove the fuel tank. Do the two fuel lines going to the bottom left side of the tank come off the tank? I bought a manual for it, but it must be for the early models and does not include any FI stuff. I did a forum search on this and most everyone talks about the newer Delphi system quick disconnects.
Also, how do I drain the tank so I can remove the cross-over hose?

In your case I would get a 1/4 in. piece of hose about 3 ft. long and simply siphon it out. That is what I had to do when I still had a vacuum operated petcock.

I see a small set screw type plug in one of the fittings under the tank, is that supposed to be a drain?

I got a 95 flt factory service manual but has no FI info. Can the fuel lines be disconnected easily for tank removal?
