Hi Guys, I put a new front tire on my 99 evo heritage today and noticed after I got back from the test ride when I shut it off it had a slight squeak noise from the engine when the engine was shut down. when it is at idle it was just fine no noises, then I shut it off again and I heard that little squeak again, tried it later after the engine cooled down it was fine no squeak, do you guys think it is something to worry about????? Bike is a 99 heritage all stock 12000 miles with jetted carb and se a/c and s/c slipons....thanks

 

My friend had something like that but is sounded like a growl.
It turned out to be a stator bolt backing out and rubbing on the rotor.
Eventually it backed out enough and the rotor broke it off and the head of the screw destroyed the rotor.
