Can a high flow air filter be installed on a 2010 fuel injected motor without ECM calibration? Just looking at a simple high flow filter from custom chrome. Not a screamin eagle intake kit. Thank you!

 

We do not recommend it w/out making adjustments for it. The domestic bikes from the factory come on the lean side. We recommend having them calibrated for any modifications.

 

Thank you! This might be a stupid question, but is there any issue with me installing it and then riding it to the shop to get adjusted? Or should it be done right away without running it? If it matters, the exhaust is stock with 4 inch Rinehart slip ons. Thanks again...
