Default 95" question

Hi guys , haven't been here in a while but i'm finally going to do a 95" kit on my 06 street glide and had a quick question. First of some info on bike it already has harleys stage 1 download on ecm and andrews 37 gear drive cams in it along with V&H HO pro pipe. just wondering if i need to have a new download to start the bike after 95" kit is installed to drive it to dyno tuner ? Any input would be appreciated , Thanks !

What type of tuner will you be using? PC III or V, TTS, T-Max?

we have a dyno guy up here that has written his own program to be able to directly rewrite the factory ecm. now do i need to do something to be able to drive it there or not was the original question but while i was typing this i realized why u asked, because if i was using one of those i could load a map that was close for the drive there. i just want to know if i might damage the motor driving it without somekind of download or if i should make plans to trailer it there

No worries riding it to the dyno guy but you may get some decel popping and or some hesitation. What you need to be thinking about is seating the rings. How far is the ride to the dyno? Have you talked to the dyno guy about break in/seating rings on the dyno? Have you talked to the dyno guy about a break in tune? A tune that won't require WOT runs, just a few pulls to set AFR and timing for the first 1000 miles when you can bring it back for a full tune.
