What's up with this cv performance company!!!
Man this company has been just bullshit to deal with! I ordered a carb kit back on august 3 and have not received it yet! It took them a month and a half to e-mail me back after I made several attempts to contact them. Then when they do they tell me that they have sent many e-mails to me. And that the package sat at the post office and no one came to pick it up so they sent it back to them. I'm at my wits end with those guys. I don't think you should be selling online if you cant seem to actually do it. Maybe they think there to big time to bother helping out a guy only ordering 96.00 dollars in product. Maybe they just don't like sportster guys.. They prolly have the old big twin little dick syndrome. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

Used them and was very happy with their prices, service and the quality of what I bought. CV upgrade kit came with everything I needed including instructions. Sorry you can't seem to get the same.

I can't help with poor customer service, but once you get the kit, this video I came across demostrating the CV carb mod might be helpful. Scroll down their web page:

This guy knows his stuff (not to insinuate that you don't).

Insulting the big twin boys is definitely NOT the way to go if you're looking for support, sympathy or help here.
Their website says they don't sell retail. Who did you order your parts through?
It also lists a toll free number for "Dealer Support". That's the number I'd call to find out what can be done to fix the problem.

I've ordered from them direct and no complaints. Shipped fast and good communication. Two sides to every story and I'd like to hear theirs.
