I have a set from them...nice work. My current maker is Iron Threads. Good customer service, good communication before during and after the sale. My new personal patch I had made ships today. Can't wait to see it. Jason over there is doing some interesting things with new innovative types of stitching and threads.

My parents and I own a custom embroidery shop. Give them an email/call. Our minimum is 1.

I have never had a custom patch made, just collected a few along the way. What is it the design you are after?

I emailed them about my patches. Sent them 3 attachments with the
'specs". I received a "form" email reply today. The website looks like a Ma and Pa operation, which is what I'm looking for, personalized service. But the "form" email made it seem like they didn't have time to fool with me. I'll keep looking elsewere.
