Default progressive suspension drop in fork lowering

anyone use this setup on a fatboy lo? curious if it causes you to drag the boards a lot or just occasionally. guy offered me this setup because it wouldn't fit his bike, i can get my hands on it for the price of a 36 pack. just making sure it's worth it.

i do plan on eventually going with a 19" rim on the front, with the tire set up i'd be going with, the overall diameter would be 1.5" larger, so i think this suspension would offset those future plans and even the bike out again... but for now, just making sure the bike is still driveable for the most part. any thoughts?
