Does anyone have experience with or knowledge of Progressive's 10-1561 or 10-2003 fork springs on an '10 Ultra?
From Progressive about all I can see is one is a drop in and one not. Both are lowering springs.
I have a guy who is thinking about having me install one or the other in his bike. He wants to drop the front end some and stiffen up the ride a bit, says the front end is too mushy for his tastes.
Used Progressive many times before but not on a touring bike.
I am using Progressive lowering springs on the front of my '00 RK and love them. I know that it's not a '10, but I've been very happy with my springs since I put them on. I've had them for 3 years now.
just a little advice, i would not pass info along till you find out from people with the new frames experience you might want to try doing a search on this, thats what im going to do, cause im interested in this also
Don't worry, any advice I give on things where I can find little info is just that; "Sorry but I can't find out a whole lot about these springs. If you want to try them, fine. But I offer no input on how they will perform.", "If you don't like them, it will be your dime to go back stock or change to something else."
I never give advice on anything I have no personal experience with. Bikes or otherwise.
