Default Khrome weeks slip on mufflers

Is anyone using Khrome weeks 3" HP slip on mufflers on a Heritage, other soft ail or Dynas. Please review them, Do they get louder with time or do they have a drone to them at speed. I am about to put them on a 2010
Heritage but got the tapered ones so looks like I cannot repack them, there is no bolt holding the baffle in place. there are only a couple of Utibe sound bytes showing these bikes. Lots of cruisers though. I really like the American custom exhaust sound bytes, but got good deal on these, but can return them if they have a noticeable drone. thank you, have watching since 2010, learned a lot from you all, just started posting. Lots of chrome and Xieds, sorry not have a camera right now.

Had them on my ' 01 Dyna ,great deep tone and good performance. They now reside on my buddy's 04 Dyna for the last 6 years. Not quiet, but not overly loud.

12 plus years ago put a set on our 124" RK at that time we read that these muffs were specifically designed for that cubic in engine. Remember being totally amazed how much more power the bike had over the HD Screaming Eagle muffs.

Thanks for the replies, Great input, I will try them this weekend, Found more sound bytes on youtube today, seems the tapered pipes are a little mellower than the slashed ones. Almost sound a little louder than stock at idle.

Had those mufflers on 2 sickles, last one being an 09 Heritage. High quality chrome, beautiful sound, and excellent performance. I just swapped them out for a popular 2 into 1 and the dyno showed a drop in torque and raised hp by a little. Says alot for the kw mufflers and stock Softail head pipes.

I had the 2.5 HP slash cuts on my Sportster, quality and finish was excellent. Sounded great.
